Group accommodation in West Flanders

A family weekend in West Flanders

Cook together, share long meals and catch up: stay with 16 family members or friends in five bedrooms with their own showers. Up to 18 guests can stay by prior arrangement.

A holiday home for family and friends

A weekend together often starts with one simple wish: time for each other. At Trimaarzate in Moen, up to 16 family members or friends can stay in one holiday home. Enjoy a long breakfast, cook together and catch up in the evening, with room for everyone to spend part of the day their own way.

Make mealtimes part of the stay

The large living area, generous tables and fully equipped kitchen give you space to prepare and share meals. Take turns cooking with the other families or friends, then continue the conversation in the seating areas.

Plan who sleeps where

The house has five bedrooms, each with its own shower and washbasin. Check the sleeping arrangements together before you arrive. You can choose rooms for parents with young children and agree which friends will share.

From the garden to the countryside

Outside, enjoy the garden, trampoline and views of the canal. Indoors, the games room has a pool table and table football for shared downtime. A walk beside the water offers a change of pace without having to organise a full day out.

Prepare your family weekend

Look through the bedrooms, children’s facilities and rates together. If you are bringing a baby, let us know which baby equipment you would like to request. Pets are not allowed, so include this in your group’s arrangements.

Days out together, with room for everyone’s pace

A family weekend does not need a packed itinerary. Choose a short walk beside the canal or in the Scheldt area, then save another day for Kluisbos. For guests interested in heritage, Oudenaarde and Ronse offer a simple day out: a walk through the centre, one visit and a meal together.

Lille adds shops, old streets and museums to the weekend. Choose one destination per day as a group, leaving time for breaks and a return to Trimaarzate’s garden and long dining table. Our local area guide helps you combine outdoor activities and culture.
